When you are not calculating points, you are trying to explain your calculations to an employee who is getting a written warning. Worse yet, sometimes you have trouble calculating the same number of points twice!

Attendance Points Manager TM is a flexible computer program that allows you to easily customize the program to fit your particular attendance policy. During the initial set-up, you enter the names you use for your warnings. For example: COUNSELING, VERBAL WARNING, WRITTEN WARNING, FINAL WRITTEN, SUSPENSION. The computer will then use your warning names to issue the warning letters. You can either choose to use the standard warning letters that come with the program, you can edit the standard letters, or you can create your own letters. In any case, the employee's name, clock number, date, point level, and your warning names are automatically printed on the top of the letters. Best of all, you can edit the letters anytime you want.

Attendance Points Manager TM will work for a wide variety of attendance systems based on points. Attendance Points Manager TM allows employees to be assigned points for attendance infractions (occurrences), and to earn minus points for perfect attendance over a period of time. The user (administrator) decides in the initial set-up of the program, how many calendar days of perfect attendance, are required to earn a specific number of minus points.  Attendance Points Manager TM can accommodate policies that have a rolling 12 month period of time (or any period of time).  Attendance Points Manager TM can also zero everyone's points at the end of the year (or any time).

At the click of a button Attendance Points Manager TM will give and print all of the warnings due, with an attendance history for each employee due a warning. The administrator decides, in the initial set-up of the program, the point levels that will trigger each warning.

The program easily handles occurrences such as an absence, late, leave early, failure to report, leave of absence, vacation, snow day, funeral leave, FMLA, union business, school, and doctor's excused day.

Attendance Points Manager TM will also print a list of employees that have had perfect attendance over a certain period of time. You can specify the period of time: for the last month, for the last quarter, for the last year, etc.

Attendance Points Manager TM will save you time managing your FMLA program.  It tracks each persons 12 month FMLA period.  It also tracks the hours for each person, so you know when they have used all of their FMLA hours. 

Attendance Points Manager TM will do pattern analysis to identify individuals that are abusing your policy.  Click one button and you can see what days of the week the person has been absent.

Best of all, Attendance Points Manager TM is easy to use. The MAIN MENU, shown below, lets you "read and click" your way through the program, without spending hours to learn new software.

Attendance Points Manager TM will also track the amount of hours missed during any period of time you specify. You can then easily calculate your absenteeism rate.
