My policy has the following number of warnings, check one ( verbal, written, suspension = 3)

When an employee reaches this number of points, he receives the first warning. 

When an employee reaches this number of points, he receives the second warning. 

When an employee reaches this number of points, he receives the third warning. 

When an employee reaches this number of points, he receives the fourth warning. 

When an employee reaches  number of points, he receives the fifth warning. 

An employee will have points removed if he has no attendance infractions for this number of days. 

After no infractions for the number of days stated above, this number of points will be subtracted.
